If you wish to check in before 16:00, you must inform us upon arrival. If the apartment is ready, we may be able to offer it to you, but we cannot guarantee this, as it depends on the previous guest's departure and the cleaning schedule. ✅ For security reasons, luggage or personal belongings may not be left in the apartment while cleaning is in progress. ✅ CHECK-OUT: Until 11:00. If you require a late check-out, you must request it at least 24 hours in advance. If you require additional cleaning services or fresh towels during your stay, please contact us. This service incurs an additional fee equal to the standard cleaning charge for your reservation, which must be paid separately. ✅ PETS: Pets are permitted upon prior notice, subject to a surcharge of €50 per pet, per night.
